Pied X Collared Flycatcher Ficedula albicollis/hypoleuca. Stora Idemoren 1 June 2004.
This hybrid male had a peculiar song and it was sometimes calling like a European Pied Flycatcher, sometimes like a Collared Flycatcher. It was faithful to a nesting-box in an old oak in Stora Idemoren during our whole visit on the island. It was sometimes in company with a female flycatcher of either species.
